THE LUBERON HOUSE OF TRUFFLES AND WINE
In a former hospice owned by the commune since 1751, discover regional gastronomic treasures around the truffle.
Formerly a municipal hospice, then a boys' school until 1953, the Hôtel d'Astier de Montfaucon has been owned by the commune of Ménerbes for over 200 years. Restored in 2004, the building now houses a boutique dedicated to Provencal products, particularly truffles. The oenotheque lets you discover the little treasures of the Luberon and Ventoux regions, and the bar-restaurant lets you taste truffles and wine in the best possible conditions. The panoramic terrace offers a splendid view over the valley.
