The wines coming out of Jehan and Ombline de Woillemont's cellar are a must-try! As proof, the 96/100 awarded by Decanter to the 2019 vintage of Commanderie Saint-Pierre-la-Garrigue and other unanimous awards that crown their cuvées, from the elegant "Marquis de Raymond" to the mineral and aromatic white "Les Pinèdes".

Château Grand Moulin offers excellent AOP Corbières and Cru Boutenac wines. On Wednesday mornings, from mid-July to mid-September, upon reservation, you can discover the vineyard during a walk, enjoy a winegrower's snack and a tasting. During the year, Château Grand Moulin welcomes you in a beautiful way and offers you a visit of the cellar and the tasting of its last vintages. It is also possible to reserve, for private or professional events, the reception room, fully equipped, in a modern and pleasant setting.

The Gruissan Oil Mill, located on the outskirts of the Massif de la Clape, owes its existence to the true passion of its owner, Frédéric Granier, an olive farmer since 1996; who created the Gruissan mill in 2009. Specialized in the plantation of the olive tree up to the sale of finished products through an assiduous and meticulous control. Thanks to their diversity of character, the olive groves planted near the mill allow the elaboration of subtle blends as well as varietal vintages. Lucques, Olivière, Bouteillan, Aglandeau and Picholine, that is to say about 1 800 trees whose green fruits are found in the productions elaborated by Frederic Granier. There are no less than 20 references of olive oils that the producer offers in his store. The store reflects the traditions of the South: many regional and Provencal products are presented here, in addition to the mill's own productions. In addition to the wide range of olive oils, you will be able to indulge yourself with olive oil-based cosmetics, shower gels and soaps, as well as honey and other souvenir items and gift ideas (hand towels, tea towels, potholders, gourmet baskets, etc.). The olive grower will be happy to show you around his workshop and his mill: you will then be able to discover what goes into the making of his local products. If some people know how to respect the family tradition of vineyard work well done, but also how to free themselves from it to make wines of today and tomorrow, the Maury couple are one of them! We find here, in a blend dominated by Syrah and Mourvèdre, the tempered character of the beautiful wines of La Clape in which notes of ripe black fruits, flavours of garrigue and spices are expressed. This estate, located in the heart of the Minervois region, has been revitalized by the Danglas family and is sure to delight you. You will be captivated by the beauty and grandeur of the imposing 18th century building, which houses the tasting cellar, the cellar with its vats and the cellar with its oak barrels. You will be able to taste, either inside or in the park overlooking the Canal du Midi and adjoining the estate's castle, its red and white AOC Minervois wines. Sustainable agriculture and responsible cellar practices are the rule here.

Romain and Florent, in love with southwestern gastronomy, have launched an original concept to make the Occitans cook: directly on their website, you just have to choose the recipes that please you and the number of people around the table, then the Popotte Brothers deliver you a basket with all the ingredients and raw products! As the namesake of her department, it's only natural that Aude Mercier should present over 250 products, many of them organic and from the surrounding area, in her delicatessen. Among the savouries, discover preserves from Ferme des Garrigues, rillettes from Domaine de Peyremale and vinegars from Cyril Codina. Sweet treats include pomegranate juice and jelly from Rouge d'Oc, as well as cookies, almonds and other treats. Wines such as "La tempête sous la couette", beers from "La mer à boire", Carthagène and other liqueurs are also there for you.

Cop à Coop offers organic or organic-reasoned products from its founding members from Sigeanne; Jean-François from Domaine Saint-Michel des Etangs and Emmanuel from Domaine Vent Terral for organic wines. Founded in 1929, the Anne de Joyeuse winery takes its name from the Duke of Joyeuse, to whom the seigneury of Limoux was given by Henri III in the ^16th century. 3,000 hectares of vines produce still wine in AOP Limoux (red and white) and IGP Pays d'Oc (three colors). Founded in 1946 as the Société des Producteurs de Blanquette de Limoux, the company became known as Sieur d'Arques in 1990, in homage to a lord of the Pays d'Oc, who adored the "flascons" of blanquette. Today, 193 member winegrowers, committed to their terroir, produce and promote this ancestral local culture. Fans of bubbles come here to taste the excellence of "sparkling wines" and "still wines", representing 1,578 ha of vineyards.

Les têtes plates was the name once given to local winegrowers who made nails in winter. Now it's the name of this organic craft beer, renowned throughout the Occitanie region, offering the guarantee of a meticulous selection of local malt and hops. You'll find a wide choice of beers of different hues, textures and flavors, to be enjoyed in the brewery's pub, in restaurants or sold commercially: Sécade, Cargat, Fresquet, IPA or Gabelou, to name but a few. Not forgetting a soft craft range with cola, tonic, ice tea and lemonade.

The La Cavale cooperative, which has just celebrated its centenary, is a reference in the Limoux region in terms of agricultural supplies and plant production. But the cooperative also offers a range of products that delight us, all in an eco-responsible approach: Olisoli olive oils - Le Moulin du Sou, Ardence eau de Vie, a craft beer: Alambiquée and the famous Mint, Tangerine or Lemon Crème Religieuse from the Apéroc range. Created in 1937, on the initiative of the producers of Fleury and Salles d'Aude, the cooperative cellar of La Vendémiaire counts today 185 members. Owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) since 1999, this impressive 180 hectare estate is rooted in the foothills of Fontfroide, south of Narbonne. Here, the majority of the vineyard is AOC Corbières (Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault), the rest is Vin de Pays d'Oc (Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot). The vintages resulting from the exploitation can be tasted on the spot. A local olive oil from several olive groves and honey are sold at the property.

Evelyne and Aude, two endearing sisters, offer a warm welcome, sharing their passion for Languedoc wines and other gourmet products. They offer tastings of fine wines selected from small producers, accompanied by tapas, charcuterie and cheeses. In addition to bottled and bulk wines, you'll find organic craft beers, fruit juices, olives, olive oils, seafood, salts, organic jams, honeys, champagnes, blanquettes de Limoux and gift boxes.

Le Moulin des Halles is the latest addition to Narbonne's renowned Moulins bakery and patisserie chain. While the main breads and cakes sold by the "older" bakeries can be found here, the house specialties take pride of place. The "Clapettes", baguettes filled with olives, bacon, cumin or reblochon cheese, will delight you or your guests... But above all, don't miss out on the pleasure of treating yourself or your guests to the famous and delicious "Pavés Narbonnais", pine nut tarts or galettes narbonnaises...

Located in the center of Carcassonne, Maxence's delicatessen and delicatessen store is a real eye-catcher, with its black facade and wooden lettering. In his open kitchen, the chef prepares deliciously presented dishes ranging from street-food to modernized "grandma's" dishes: pork spider, potato and morel mushrooms, sardine rillettes, stuffed cabbage, beef cheek or lamb millefeuille. A nursery for tomorrow's winegrowers with viticulture training courses, this establishment has opened a superb atypical cellar, with a monumental fresco on the vaulted ceiling, by the artist Harillo entitled "Al Vino, l'ode de l'Aude au vin". Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Viognier, Chardonnay and Muscaris are produced and vinified on site in an ultramodern cellar, a real educational showcase for the students of the school.

Florence Sabater left Pauligne to settle in Limoux, the opportunity for this outstanding cook to develop her concept by proposing in her store her gourmet preparations and a beautiful selection of local products on the grocery side. Her cuisine will seduce you with its range of flavors, the range of dishes concocted with fresh products, the farandole of textures in the mouth: in short, a treat for the taste buds! The delicacy and the accuracy of the tastes, associated with mastered cooking, make Florence the culinary reference of the Limoux region.

Lovers of fine wines and LPs, you're more than welcome to visit Thierry Leduc's boutique! The concept is simple: a main selection of local wines, a few hand-picked national wines, and carefully chosen vinyls. A veritable treasure trove! The vinyls are new: "Vintage is good for the collection, but you can quickly be disappointed by the sound, so priority is given to the sound experience". Thierry also organizes blind tasting evenings once a week, and introduces you to a foreign wine once a month.

Following on from the success of their Cartouche cellar in Leucate, Arnaud Granel and Jean Baptiste Bru have taken Dame Jeanne, located on the Place du Château in the heart of the town, by storm. Here you'll find a delicatessen with a hundred or so references of wines and spirits, often organic, sometimes natural, as well as local produce and crafts. Cassoles de la Poterie Not, Zouave knives, La Verte de Carcassonne (the new crème de menthe). Gourmet nibbles available on site (or to take away), accompanied by a glass of local wine.

The story of this coffee-truck, which travels the markets of the upper Aude valley with two friends, Boris and Pierrick, is a unique concept. For them, this itinerancy is a matter of course, adapting to the desires and demands of their ever-growing number of customers. This little truck is a real meeting place, providing an intergenerational link over a coffee, a fruit juice or a smoothie. In summer, it's also a cocktail truck, which can be privatized for all your events, to impress and delight all your guests in a different way.

In the heart of Place Jacques Chirac, Port Leucate's new central space, you'll find the Vignobles Cap Leucate cellar. The 130 cooperative winegrowers of the Leucat region produce H.V.E-certified A.O.P Fitou, Corbières, Muscat de Rivesaltes and vins de pays in their cellar. Thanks to its seaside vineyards on sun-drenched hillsides, this terroir produces wines that combine tradition and modernity. You'll be able to discover their different cuvées and local products through tastings in an attractive and very welcoming setting.

In Villeneuve-les-Corbières, in the heart of the Fitou PDO near the Corbières PDO, the ^8th generation of winegrowers continues the legacy of Domaine Lérys. Alban and Anaïs Izard manage 50 hectares of organically-farmed vines and produce 4 AOCs: Fitou, Corbières, Rivesaltes and Muscat de Rivesaltes. On reservation, they will be delighted to welcome you for a warm visit of their vineyards and winery, for a tasting and a moment of exchange about the secrets of their terroir, their vines, their vinification and, above all, their wines.

Since its acquisition by the Bonfils family, the Château Capitoul estate, where the first vines were planted in the ^14th century, has acquired a fine reputation. The diversity of the soils, made up of pebbles and cobbles, and the Mediterranean climate are assets for producing racy, elegant wines. Hard work based on environmental principles and a passionate love of the vine provide the finishing touch that has earned Château Capitoul regular awards. The cellar offers tastings and events in a majestic setting.

Christophe Urios, renowned rugby player and coach, spent his youth in the world of wine, graduating with a BTS in viticulture and oenology. It's only natural that, surrounded by his family, he should have taken over Château Pépusque in the heart of the Minervois region, where his father was steward. With his motto "never stop being better", he takes advantage of the estate's 18 hectares of rich soils and practices viticulture that respects nature. Aiming for excellence, his AOP Minervois and AOP Cru La Livinière ranges already grace the region's most renowned tables.

Located in the middle of the Aude's Pyrenees at the foot of Pic de Bugarach, Ferme de Janou offers good local products, from an agriculture respectful of the ecology: cassoulet, duck stew, tripe... but also foie gras produced on site, rillettes, or dried duck breast, jams, fruit juices, wine or onion confit... you will find at the shop of the farmhouse all these good things and even more. For a gift in the form of gourmet baskets for example, or to treat yourself, Ferme de Janou is a must-visit gourmet stopover in this sector of the department. And for those who do not have the opportunity to come on site, an online store is available. Finally, Ferme de Janou is also a restaurant next to the shop, where you can taste all these specialties.

In 2010, Mathieu and Anaïg created the Chèvrerie la Rove de Fa in the heart of the Hautes Corbières, in a wild environment of beautiful forests and meadows. From the outset, the avowed aim of these farmers and naturalists was to practise organic farming in order to preserve biodiversity and revive a breed that was then in danger of extinction. Daily milking of the herd's sixty or so goats enables the production of top-quality farmhouse cheeses. Meat from kids reared under mother's milk is the other product offered by this goat farm.

Discover at Thibaud and Marie-Hélène, the vegetables of the farm, of these producers harvesters. Here you can find vegetables, local products, but also art of the table. Vegetables guaranteed from producer to consumer! One cannot imagine a shorter circuit. For these enthusiasts, initially producers of asparagus and strawberries, the novelty lies in their diversified production of mushrooms: oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, Shiitake... a delight, but also old and seasonal vegetables.

Here is a boutique of character dedicated to living wines from here and elsewhere. Tiphaine Thibert, sommelier and trainer, carefully selects her winemakers and offers more than 220 references of wines renewed according to the seasons, ranging from thirsty wines to more complex wines. Tiphaine will know how to adapt to neophytes with her sense of pedagogy while capturing the attention of the most initiated. You will appreciate the wine bar and its snack bar with quality snacks (organic and local) and the terrace. Tiphaine also gives oenology courses.

Don't be fooled by the name of this stall in the Narbonne market, it's only for gourmets! If Luc Daudin, who works in family with his son Thomas, opens his stall from Thursday to Sunday it is because at the beginning of the week, he is in his laboratory of pork-butchery in Pamiers in Ariège to prepare you excellent dishes: sausage, sausage, black pudding... The products are entirely prepared by them, and with passion. Our favourite? The millas ariégeois, made of corn flour and milk! It is delicious!

This is the story of a committed cellar, since 1914. Its name, Cellier des Demoiselles, is a tribute to the young women of the village who replaced the men who left for the front and deeply marked the history of this cellar. Nowadays, each of its cooperative winegrowers develops its own vintages, either individually or collectively, under the signature "Cellier des Demoiselles". Committed to an eco-responsible approach, with the progressive implementation of the BIO, HVE and sustainable development label, they do not only make wines, but wines that carry values.

Located a stone's throw from the sea and the open-air market, the Lo Vilatge market hall houses a collection of local flavors. They are home to many food shops (butcher, cheese maker, fishmonger, wine maker...) who produce and display their products in about twenty cells. Adjacent to the market hall, the open-air market, lively and colorful, is considered one of the largest markets on the Mediterranean coast. Here, gourmets are spoilt for choice!

The Comptoir de l'Avenue is a bit like Sigean's Ali Baba's cave, except that the treasure here is the local produce! Opened in 2020, this small downtown address serves as a showcase for local and regional products. On the shelves of the grocery store, you will find a wide variety of items: wines, pâtés, honeys, olive oils, craft beers... Everything to leave with a gourmet souvenir! Those who wish to extend their stop at the store can also settle down on the terrace to enjoy some sweets in a very friendly atmosphere.

The night market not to be missed. Every Tuesday evening, the village of Brousse et Villaret is transformed into a festive agora. Under the cedars, you will find small producers, food-trucks and even concerts. The beautiful poster is made by local graphic designers who live in the village, where all generations and types of people mix: neo-rural and local people. The musical program is also varied and colorful. Not to be missed under any circumstances to feel the heartbeat of the Montagne Noire.

This bakery-patisserie exudes an atmosphere of yesteryear, a time when bread was fashioned with love and passion. From real natural sourdough breads to baguettes, speciality breads and the inimitable "Tronçon" XXL, found at the tables of the finest restaurants, everything here smacks of the talented baker's savoir-faire. Mickaël makes excellent churned butter viennoiseries, shortbread, brioche and even kouign-amann! Cakes for all occasions, catered dishes, snacks and a healthy dose of kindness.

The Domaine is located at the gateway to the Hautes Corbières, in the Canton of Durban, at the entrance to the Paradis Valley. Established on the terraces of the Corbières since 1861, Jean-Pierre and Philippe Montanié are the proud successors. These talented winemakers practice a draconian selection of terroir and choose long macerations to extract the best from the grapes (color and aroma). So if you like elegant wines with character, come to the cellar for a tasting session. Our favorite is the Hauts de Serres cuvée.

Whatever the time of day, there's always a good reason to go to Cortado, run by two friendly brothers: Salwan, who loves to cook, and Elyas, who used to be a roaster. It's here that you'll find a wide selection of original coffees, chocolates, smoothies and organic teas, including a matcha latte with dates, the pride of the house. Depending on the time of day, you can also enjoy a brunch with a choice of original sandwiches or tapas like nowhere else. On the sweet side, cakes, brownies and other delights can be enjoyed at any time.

La Fabrique is a large artisan bakery, pastry shop and sandwich shop ideally located near the mediatheque. Flour is sourced from the renowned Sauret mill, in operation since the ^12th century. Everything is homemade, and the quality of taste is omnipresent, from the various breads (organic, sourdough...) to the fabulous pastries and snacks made from salads, wraps or burgers. Sweet and savoury dishes can be taken away or eaten on the premises in the very pleasant back room, which has a library and doubles as a tea room.

It is an organic farm where vegetables such as potatoes, leeks, white onions and pumpkins are grown. Aromatic plants are also grown here. Rose, thyme, sage, lavender and rosemary are used in essential oils and flower waters. Since 2003, 10 hectares of olive trees have been planted on the southern slopes of the estate. Its flavours of black olive, Jerusalem artichoke and undergrowth are to be discovered. It is a very nice discovery, full of quality choices!

Gourmet store where you will find 100% handmade delicacies made with love and passion! Artisan quality in limited quantities. The window display really makes you want to window shop with fresh individual pastries, tarts and desserts like the Café Créole (almond cookie, dark chocolate iced coffee cream, light vanilla cocoa cream and banana caramel tips) or the Cocomango (like the café créole but with a mango variation).
