Located in the heart of Montolieu, the Cave des Oliviers is an unmissable shop for lovers of good wines. You will be welcomed by Adrian Mould, the owner, who will introduce you to all the riches of the Languedoc region and offer you a choice of quality wines. He took part in the recognition and creation of the Cabardès appellation, whose wines he knows how to enhance, just as he likes to discover new operators and their production. Adrian Mould also organises workshops to understand the different terroirs of Languedoc and learn tasting techniques, around a choice of 6 to 8 wines made by the participants. This passionate and generous Briton will share with you all the secrets of these nectars, of which he knows everything, and will reveal to you the aromatic nuances of each terroir, as well as fine spirits.
