For several years now, Château d'Auzias has been a haven of peace for a sunset tasting.
Château Auzias is one of the Carcassonnais region's leading wine tourism sites. Owned by the Auzias family for several generations, today Anastasia and Maxime Auzias perpetuate the savoir-faire. The estate's 160 ha are planted with twelve grape varieties, the majority of which are Merlot, Cabernet, Grenache, and Syrah. Discover the history of the estate and follow the winemakers as they take you on a Wine Tour ending with a tasting. Or take part in a blending workshop and leave with your bottle!

Owner's Message
Château Auzias Paretlongue lies between the Montagne Noire and the plains of the Cité de Carcassonne. The history of the estate dates back to 1111, with the creation of a priory. This single-holding estate preaches healthy viticulture that respects its ecosystem.
The Auzias family, winegrowers from father to son since 1872, strives to produce quality IGP Cité de Carcassonne and AOP Cabardès wines, and organizes activities such as blending workshops to forge links between people and wine.
