For several years now, Château d'Auzias has been a haven of peace for a sunset tasting

Château Auzias is one of the Carcassonnais region's leading wine tourism sites. Owned by the Auzias family for several generations, today Anastasia and Maxime Auzias perpetuate the savoir-faire. The estate's 160 ha are planted with twelve grape varieties, the majority of which are Merlot, Cabernet, Grenache and Syrah.
