A good range of well made wines; also with an interesting comparison between the Mediterranean and Atlantic influences in grapes for the "Twins". Thank you for your helpful guidance while tasting through your products. We were pleased to be able to support this producer whose wines are not yet widely available in the UK compared to larger Cabardès producers.

Détentrice d'une Wonderbox j'ai eu un très bon accueil téléphonique et nous avons été très bien accueillis au domaine par Lise, une passionnée par son métier. Le lieu, aux portes de la cité de Carcassonne est paisible, authentique, géré par la famille Auzias depuis plusieurs générations. Le château, habité par les propriétaires ne peut être visité mais nous avons pu voir les vignes, le chai et le caveau. Une dégustation était comprise avec la box ainsi qu'un coffret de trois vins. Un moment très agréable dans un domaine qui vaut le petit détour quand on visite la cité.

Très belle visite du domaine (vignes et cave). Belle dégustation dans la galerie d art (artistes d ici et d ailleurs). Jeune homme très gentil et bien dans ses explications. Une belle heure de découverte !

Très beau château proche de Carcassonne. Le personnel est de bons conseils, hormis la dégustation de vin, possibilité de voir une petite exposition de tableaux, d'objets d'art fait mains le tout dans un style naïf.
