Local produce discovery workshop
Our terroir workshop begins with a tour of the estate to learn about its rich history, which dates back to Gallo-Roman times. In the estate's vineyards, you'll discover the typical characteristics of the Cabardès terroir and its grape varieties. You'll continue with a visit to the wine-making cellars, where you'll observe the different stages in wine production: from grape reception to bottling. The workshop concludes with a tasting of four wines from our cuvées, with food pairings (in the form of small bites) from local producers.
