Tasting tour

Our wine-tasting tour begins with a visit to the estate to learn about its rich history, which dates back to Gallo-Roman times. In the estate's vineyards, you'll discover the typical characteristics of the Cabardès terroir and its grape varieties. The tour continues with a visit to the wine-making cellars, where you'll observe the different stages in wine production: from the reception of the grapes to the bottling of the cuvées. The tour ends with a tasting of three Château Auzias Partelongue wines in the tasting cellar.
