We love accrobranches, but the one run by Caroline and Stéphane particularly appealed to us for its eco-responsible approach. The wood is located on the family's organic farm, so the equipment that makes up the 90 workshops has been installed with respect for the trees and nature, because when evening comes, the animals take over the site. Aquaviva, a superb imitation of Total Wipeout in the USA! With family or friends, the Water Jump water park is located at Lac de la Cavayère, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne, and boasts XXL inflatable games, giant slides, trampolines, catapults and obstacle courses covering an area of no less than 6,000 m², and is a real hit with young and old alike! Fun, exhilarating and... exhausting, this park makes you want to try it all and come back again! The less adventurous will enjoy watching the acrobats from the comfort of their deckchairs and hammocks in the shade of the pine forest, with a drink in hand (ordered from the on-site snack bar)... For thrill-seekers: the giant iceberg for climbing and jumping, and the Big Water-Jump with its 10 slides and two jumping platforms of 5 and 8 metres, suitable for young and old alike and the only one of its kind in the world! Trott'up is a trendy, eco-friendly activity for families and friends. Set off on your electric all-terrain scooter along the path leading to the Leucate cliffs to discover breathtaking scenery. The other ride takes you to the foot of the ruins of Leucate castle, and then down to the banks of the lake. Two tasting tours are available, "L'ostréicole" and "Dans les vignes de Fitou", as well as an all-inclusive corporate package with meeting room, meal and scooter ride.

Located in a fabulous site, the Port Mahon Sigean nautical base welcomes you from March to November for light sailing courses, nautical excursions, regatta organization or Handivoile activities. You can windsurf, catamaran, windsurf, wingfoil, windfoil, funboat, kayak or paddle. Exceptional paddle "Wildline" or kayak "100% nature at the end of the day" trips are also available, as well as "water trekking" discovery tours, to be enjoyed alone in the great outdoors.

Carcassonne is famous for its rugby club, AS Carcassonne. The club, also known as Carcassonne XIII, is a sports association that competes in the Elite 1 championship. The 2022-2023 season promises to be a promising one for Carcassonne XIII, who will be challenging for the French championship title. Espace de Liberté is the Aude department's and the region's flagship sports and tourist site, offering a wide range of activities to suit all tastes:

Aqualudic area: In the indoor area, you'll discover a 25 m, 6-lane swimming pool, heated to 29°C. Families will discover an aqua-family area with slides, a bubble bath and a 300 m² Slash Pad for safe fun. The O'Tonic, a special aquafitness pool, is dedicated to aquabike, crosstraining, Pilates... Outdoor swimmers will appreciate the south-facing Olympic pool (50 m), open from April 1 to a date depending on the weather forecast. For relaxation: the solarium and shaded picnic area. Go for the thrill of the two 130 m-long zip lines over Lac de la Cavayère! Or to test your balance on the courses designed for groups or individuals. In a natural setting suited to all ages, you'll zip from tree to tree, along an itinerary named after animals or colors, crescendoing in difficulty... and height! Don't panic, the harness and ropes will hold you in place in the event of a fall - safety is no joke here. Each course lasts around 2h30.

Aquajet is the must-see leisure park in Narbonne! Set in 1 ha of greenery, its aqualudic pools are equipped with water slides. The Domaine de Sainte-Marthe is an unsuspected site in the heart of which many typical marsh species flourish (egrets, moorhens, mallards,...). With the help of small, environmentally friendly and silent electric boats, you will have the opportunity to approach them. You will take pleasure in criss-crossing these large irrigation canals, discovering the wild flora and fauna, maneuvering under small stone bridges and finally hitting the bell located under the last bridge to announce your arrival. A mini-farm awaits the children.

This certified diving school is based in Port-Leucate, a few steps from the sea. On the spot, several formulas will be proposed to you according to your expectations and your level: initiation, discovery, training, exploration... Everything is done under the aegis of qualified instructors, passionate and qualified "guides of the sea". Specialists in diving for children, the instructors organize baptisms from the age of 6. The environment of the club promises magnificent dives: rocky plateau, coralligenous bottoms, maze of "la Sorcière"...

Located on the Ayguades lake, in a nice setting, Marina O Zone has been a real success since its opening. A play area located on 22 ha on the water and several activities proposed: a full size water ski lift 5 pylons long of 800 meters, a huge floating playground composed of 20 Wibit modules, canoes, collective paddles, electric boats (Oxoon), etc. Marina O Zone is home to a water ski club affiliated to the French water ski and wakeboard federation. You can enjoy the snack bar on site and the store.
