In 2010 Nicolas and Amandine decided to give another dimension to the family estate by making their own wines in an organic way. Passionate and respectful of the land and the vines, the grapes are harvested by hand and then vinified in vats to give a nice range of sparkling and still wines in AOP Crémant and Blanquette de Limoux and AOP Limoux white. Drop by the estate to taste these wines of great finesse in the superb cellar built at the end of 2020. A beautiful meeting guaranteed with passionate wine growers.

On Thursday mornings, greengrocers, butchers, shellfish, olive and other succulent products are sold in the Cours Mirabeau. That same day the flower market is next door, quai Victor Hugo, with plants and cut flowers. Non-food products are sold on the Promenade des Barques and Cours Mirabeau on Thursday and Sunday mornings. On Tuesday mornings, the "fripe" and Saturday mornings the organic market offering meats, breads, poultry, honeys, cheeses, wines, fruits and vegetables are held Cours Mirabeau. Do not miss: the big festive market in August in the heart of the city.

Known for his ineffable place La Cantine du Curé, Benjamin has chosen organic agriculture to produce his own wines. His vines cover 16 hectares and are harvested by hand. Carignan, Muscat, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are naturally brought to maturity to produce wines such as the red Viti Vini Bibi or Six Roses (a rosé to be drunk chilled) or Bulle, a sweet sparkling wine made from Terret and Muscat, perfect as an aperitif or with dessert.

Domaine de Brau has been growing vines for 150 years, and is the first certified organic estate in France. Fabien Revol and Guillaume Mauffrey set up in the heart of the Cabardès region, 10 minutes from Carcassonne, to make a dream come true: to produce their own modern, environmentally-friendly wines. At the cellar, you'll discover 4 ranges of wines, from light wines to blends, not forgetting the 2 cuvées en vin nature. Brau is also a great wine tourism experience, with unique ecolodges in the heart of the vineyards.

Marjorie awaits you in her organic grocery store on the port, for breakfast on the terrace or to take away. Every day, you'll find bread, pastries, Terre Adeline's organic ice creams, snacks, local seasonal fruit and vegetables, a gluten-free section and health/solar/maintenance products... You'll also discover a tasting cellar where you can sample the region's fine organic wines and beers on the terrace. On Saturday mornings, you'll find Marjorie at the Gruissan market selling her organic products.

An unconditional love of the land, the desire to bring out the soul of the terroir and a working philosophy based on intra-cellular vinification are the guidelines of the Ciry Cattaneo estate, created by David Ciry, an oenologist by trade, and Marion Cattaneo, a chocolatier. You will enjoy Sang Neuf, Malabestia, Les Petites Choses and Les Hirondelles, all produced in limited quantities.

Aude Mercier, who loves her home region and is named Aude, is the natural choice for her 250+, often organic, " Origine Aude" delicatessen products. Among the savouries, discover preserves from Ferme des Garrigues, rillettes from Domaine de Peyremale or vinegars from Cyril Codina. Sweet treats include pomegranate juice and jelly from Rouge d'Oc, as well as cookies, almonds and other treats. Wines such as "La tempête sous la couette", beers from "La mer à boire", Carthagène and other liqueurs are also there for you.

Cop à Coop offers organic and organic-reasoned products from its founding members from Sigeanne: Jean-François, from Domaine St Michel des Etangs, and Emmanuel, from Domaine Vent Terral, for organic wines. At the store level, all the products are fair trade or recycled, you can also find products made by the store, like the Bath Milk made in "Berthe aux Pâquerettes" with a subtle and bewitching smell, magic powder with oats...

Pierric Blum, an artisan brewer, has created this microbrewery, which holds the Organic Agriculture label. The name of his brewery is inspired by the Cathar citadels, and 90% of the products used in his beers come from the Occitanie region. Three beers are the fruit of his labors. The blond Belgian Blond Ale is light, round, honeyed and caramelized. Red: Irish Pale Ale, copper-colored, flavored with Ornaison d'Oc red pomegranate. White: Witbier, smooth and dry, flavored with lemon thyme and juniper berries.

For more than 20 years, right in the center of Les Halles, the Maison Lopez has been delighting its regular customers and tourists with its certified organic tapenades. Go there and like us, you will fall for the classic tapenade made with green or black olives, unless the green one with peppers or the one with Espelette peppers tickles your fancy. You will also find candied garlic and candied tomato. We also like olive oil in half-liter, liter or five-liter cans. You can taste the tapenades and other spreads before buying.

GAEC Domaine de Coume Louvière is a farm specializing in the production of organic honey and saffron. Domaine de Coume Louvière emphasizes quality and ethics while respecting bees. They offer secure payment and home delivery or collection from the farm.

Domaine La Garrigo is isolated in the commune of Tuchan and has been working with organic methods since 2002. The vines are grown organically and some biodynamic practices are also used. Yields are low due to the difficulty of the terroir. Vinification uses indigenous yeasts and no sulfites. Some of the estate's wines spend 6 to 12 months in underground barrels, while others are aged in barrels in the cellar. The winemaker offers various Fitou cuvées, as well as a single-varietal "pure Carignan". The estate is certified organic, and the wines are produced with as little technical intervention as possible.
