A nursery for tomorrow's winegrowers with viticulture training courses, this establishment has opened a superb atypical cellar, with a monumental fresco on the vaulted ceiling, by the artist Harillo entitled "Al Vino, l'ode de l'Aude au vin". Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Viognier, Chardonnay and Muscaris are produced and vinified on site in an ultramodern cellar, a real educational showcase for the students of the school.

Lovely welcome from a lady who explained the range of wines on offer and also told us about some great places to visit locally. We tasted four wines and ended by buying two of them!

Jessica était superbe, elle nous a donné un tour du cave avec une explication en anglais pour ma copine et on a fait une dégustation formidable ensemble - on a bien aimé les vins et le rosé qu’on a acheté était délicieux
