Un accueil chaleureux et une personne passionnante qui a pris le temps de nous expliquer et nous faire déguster.
Le cépage Monarch est vraiment à découvrir, comme les autres vins et cépages.

Lovely welcome from a lady who explained the range of wines on offer and also told us about some great places to visit locally. We tasted four wines and ended by buying two of them!

Nice area to sample the wines (with lovely art on the ceiling) and views of Carcassone city.
