Domaine des Maels is a family-run winery that has been offering certified organic wines since 2011. On a 15-hectare estate, winemakers Morgane and Frédéric Schwertz cultivate their vines according to agroforestry principles, with the aim of restoring the biodiversity and landscape of their terroir. The estate offers a range of wines that can be found in the Maison des Vins du Minervois online store. For those who wish to extend their stay, it is possible to stay in the guest rooms of the Bastide des Maels, located on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
