The cooperative cellar of Ornaison has more than 80 years of existence, but in 2006, it took a new impetus because of its merger with the cellar of Ferrals-des-Corbières. In 1994, it had already welcomed the winemakers of Luc-sur-Orbieu. Today, these seven neighbouring communes work hand in hand to guarantee quality wines under the name of the Orfée Cellars. If the Sextan Vintage has had a good reputation for several years, we advise you to taste the Ayraud and the Southern Cross, recognisable with its star label.
