Olivier Rozet, Limouxin by adoption had Malt Fever! Passionate about the divine and sacred beverage, here he is at the head of his small business, which no doubt will not be in crisis. If the white terroir is known for its sparkling wines, a new drink made in Limoux, which favours raw materials in short circuits, has just been created. Olivier makes it a point of honour to work with regional products, so in the near future the barley, hops and malt should come from the Tarn and Lauragais, but his greatest wish in the near future is to brew a 100% organic Occitane craft beer. The range, which already offers lager beers, has just been completed by a white beer, and an amber one will be added in 2020. You will be able to titillate your taste buds with the ephemeral vintages to the rhythm of the seasons. Thus, the products will be marked in taste according to the calendar, in spring, enjoy an infusion of garrigue flowers, in summer, the taste of peach "cépie" will seduce you, autumn will be highlighted by the scent of Mauzac, as for Christmas, the main part will be made in the Limouxin region.
