In one or the other, you will always find the same quality of products and service. Don't hesitate to ask for advice to orient yourself according to your tastes: sheep's, goat's or cow's cheese, strong or mild, natural or flavoured, for the most part of local origin. A greedy address to be tested without moderation, which will delight your taste buds, fall for raclette or nibbling platters!

Accueil chaleureux et choix immense sont au programme dans dans ce magasin ! Les prix sont peut-être un peu élevés, mais la très grande qualité des produits proposés les fait oublier très vite et les justifie pleinement. Conseils avisés garantis de la part du personnel (et avec le sourire !). Un endroit que je recommande vivement à tous les amateurs de bons fromages !

Un fromager d'exception par la qualité et le choix de ses produits. Situé en plein centre de Carcassonne dans un quartier où tous les commerces offrent des produits à la fois originaux et de haute qualité. Certains fromages de brebis sont des merveilles, notamment celui de la Vallée d'Aspe, un joyau !
