Read moreSitting on the top of a hill, it is one of the oldest (the first mention of the castle dates back to 1070) and the most imposing fortifications of the comarca of the Ripollès. If there are still ruins, it remains quite easy to guess the organization of the old construction: The central nave and chapel are the most easily identifiable and two defensive towers. The only panorama on the valley from the castle is worth a walk.
