Welcome to the temple of Auvergne products! This vast store gathers in one place cheeses, delicatessen, fruits and vegetables, drinks, delicatessen... Everything is made in Auvergne. Marc, a butcher by profession, wanted to bring together the producers and the best products of the region. He makes it a point of honor to communicate on their origin and the practices of the producers. La Ferme auvergnate cooks charcuterie, terrines and homemade specialties, based on pork from Combrailles. It also prepares gourmet baskets to offer.

Gérard Mondon left the hotel business over 30 years ago to pursue his passion for fine wines. His nephew Raphaël shares the same passion, and together they offer the finest French vineyards for sale, with a fine selection of wines and champagnes. On the spirits side, the cellar is particularly well-stocked with whiskies, but also with some very interesting old cognacs. In addition to the wide choice of references, the excellent advice and the warm welcome, there are also numerous events throughout the year.

It was in 2016 that Laurent Dartère, who runs the grocery store in Saint-Donat, had the idea to create the Gentiane de l'Abbaye. This local artisanal liqueur has been a great success. Since then, other liqueurs have been created, all made from local products: the blueberry-chestnut liqueur or the "potion du bougnat", a mixture of fresh verbena, fresh lemon mint and fresh gentian roots. Of course, the producer is present every year in Picherande on the occasion of the great European Gentian Festival.

Here, the specialty is artisanal cured meats made from Haute-Loire pork (except for the perfumed sausages, made from French pork). The store now covers 180 m² and offers a selection of products from Altiligéri and Auvergne: charcuterie (dry sausage from Auvergne IGP), local meats, cheeses (including organic artisous farm cheese from Mézenc), lentils... Several medals won at the Concours Général Agricole attest to the quality of our products. Beers, wines, liqueurs and aperitifs complete the range.

The Giraudon family has had agriculture in its blood for 4 generations. They work the land in Vertaizon, but it is in Clermont-Ferrand, not far from the Place de Jaude, that they have decided to open their shop. In their store, you can find of course their productions of tasty vegetables and fruits, among which their strawberries grown in the open ground or their asparagus. The place also gives pride of place to products from the Massif Central or the Rhone Valley: P'A Cantal sausages, tomatoes from the Bouches du Rhone, 100% Auvergne Mozzarella... Something to enjoy!

Fanfan is Françoise, wife of sweet wizard Emmanuel Bonnabaud, who kindly welcomes you to this paradise for sweet tooths. Barley sugars, lollipops and marshmallows, of course, but also pastries, old-fashioned breads and handmade chocolate: everything here is homemade with fresh, local produce (the rhubarb comes from Emmanuel's father's garden). The patisserie's star product: the mojito version of the baba au rhum, a true delight. And it's impossible to resist the homemade marshmallow bear! A must for all gourmets.

It is in the commercial center of La Rotonde that we find the Intermarché store of Ceyrat. If from the outside the building looks different, while integrating well in the environment, inside it is pleasant, spacious and clear. Brice Meunier, director of the supermarket, makes it a point of honor to work with local producers. In the shelves, customers will find many products from Auvergne. The products, chosen with care, are of high quality and the flavors are perfect. Real craftsmen are in charge of the fresh produce departments.

The Canards d'Agathe farm is actually a fattened duck farm run by Catherine and Jean-Pascal. The ducks are raised in the open air, force-fed in collective pens with GMO-free whole-grain corn. Preserves are then prepared on site in a workshop that meets European standards. The farm is open to visitors, especially in summer. It's a great way to discover our homemade foies gras: cooked and semi-cooked foie gras, rillettes and grattons... You can also sample our products on the farmhouse menu.

Émilie and Jérémie, two chocolate enthusiasts, offer a whole range of excellent products in their beautiful boutique. We love their chocolate assortments, including the old-fashioned praline with Piedmont hazelnuts. Sparkling praline bar presented as a snack bar. Homemade spread with flaky praline. Beggar's bars. Marshmallow teddy bears. Fruit pastes. Creations for Easter, Valentine's Day, May^1st, Halloween, Father's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. Soon a second boutique at 9 rue Courrerie.

Opened at the beginning of the last century, then held by the Dugast family from 1966, the butcher shop changed ownership in 2018. Marc Filliat, Didier Dugast's successor, is one of the co-founders of the Ferme Auvergnate in Mozac. A butcher by trade, he returned to Chamalières, where he started, and wants to perpetuate the reputation of this institution. Local producers and quality products are at the rendezvous. Catered dishes and specialties in jars are also sold. The butcher's shop offers services such as advance preparation of orders.

It's not always easy to choose a bottle of wine, whether for yourself, for a dinner party or as a gift. Here, Corinne and Thierry Crépin, wine merchants, offer a smiling welcome and invaluable advice. The selection includes wines produced by independent French winegrowers. Loire, Côtes d'Auvergne, Côtes de Bordeaux, Languedoc: quality and flavor are the order of the day. Tastings are organized on a regular basis. The boutique is enhanced by a selection of spirits, as well as a delicatessen corner where you can put together an entire aperitif.

Charles, Océane and Johan have set up their store in a former jewelry store. You can see it as soon as you walk through the door: the old shop windows have remained. But the rings and bracelets have been replaced by bottles of wine. The three associates offer a made-to-measure selection. Here, nothing is left to chance. They visit the domains to choose the ones that will integrate the store. The boutique's offer is completed by a range of accessories, craft beers, gift boxes... Here, we will be able to advise you and guide you in your choice.

Founded in 1857, the artisanal oil mill in Blot-l'Eglise is a must for those wishing to discover the milling trade. Bernard Bouleau took over the mill in 1997. The visit allows you to (re) discover the astonishing flavors of yesteryear through fine virgin oils. Walnut, of course, but also rapeseed, hazelnut, almond, pistachio, sesame, peanut, carnation, pumpkin seed, camelina... In addition to these original ranges, there are a number of home-made products: pasta, Rocher de Blot cakes, Pouzzolanes des Volcans sweets, vinegars, honeys and jams...

Founded in 1908, Maison Couderc is a recipe for success with gentian alcohol, the emblematic plant of the Auvergne mountains. It is the last independent distillery in the Cantal. Its shop offers the house products, in particular the gold-coloured Couderc gentian, but also a very wide range of liqueurs, spirits and wines. Its large bay windows also reveal a beautiful section of delicatessen and good regional products. This is normal, as the owner is an epicurean.

Martial Ray is a master pastry chef and chocolate maker. His specialties are the cloud of Puy-de-Dôme, a meringue with honey, hazelnuts and almonds, homemade marshmallows and fruit jellies. He also makes a whole range of chocolate sweets, including the Andésite, with 75% dark chocolate and old-fashioned hazelnut praline, rolled in bitter cocoa. Delicious desserts will leave you with unforgettable memories, such as the Ebène with dark chocolate, praline and hazelnut crunch. In Le Cendre, the store has a laboratory and a tea room.

Bleu de Laqueuille, salers, cantal, saint-nectaire, gaperon... Auvergne cheeses are numerous here, but they are not alone! You can compose a real varied platter, with quality products thanks to Eric who takes care to select the producers and refiners. The trip to Auvergne continues in the store, in the grocery store, where you can find with pleasure green lentils from Le Puy, artisanal flour, jams, sweets and even artisanal beers. Quality is also found in the welcome and advice.

In the Jardin aux Escargots, Isabelle and Christophe Chaumeil raise 350,000 Gros Gris in the open air. You will be able to discover the snail farm and understand the work of these two enthusiasts, both for the breeding of gastropods and for the cooking. In the shop, you will find many gourmet dishes made from the little horned creatures but also products and herbs from the garden. You can also buy honey, pounti apple juice or lentils from Saint-Flour. Also to be found on some gourmet events in France.

In the heart of the village of Lavaudieu, Jocelyne Chopart excels in her field. A beekeeper by profession, she will share her passion with you through the products she offers (honeys but also various delicacies made from honey and forest fruits). She also allows you to discover her job and her collaborators within "La Maison de l'Abeille"; photos, equipment and tasting to support it. Let yourself be tempted by all these products! Friends of nature, you who want to stay healthy: Jocelyne is organic.

Specialized in blue-veined cheese, the dairy is the second largest manufacturer of Fourme d'Ambert and the third largest of Bleu d'Auvergne. Most of its production is made from pasteurized cow's milk, with specific ranges such as Bleu de Laqueuille, La Mémée, Bleu des Causses, etc. The company makes raw milk cheeses in a separate production facility. In constant evolution, La Mémée now has a commercial website.

It all began in 1885. It's a rich and intense history that of the honey house, still run by the same family! Today, Elizabeth, a certified organic beekeeper, looks after the 250 hives with her son Johann, using ancestral know-how. She produces honeys, cosmetics, candles, sweets, syrups... As she only uses honeys from her own harvest, not all honeys and products are available every year, with some harvests only taking place every 3 years, depending on the vagaries of the weather.

There's no question of coming here to be fooled... We'll reassure you right away! At worst, we'll do the leek before we're served, but that's about it. The pear is good, of course, as are apples, salads, grapes and all the fresh fruit and vegetables sold here. As the seasons go by, Fabienne and Stéphane bustle between their crates to serve the ladies and gentlemen who come here to buy what they need for their daily or weekly meals. The products are of the highest quality and come mainly from local producers.

Patisserie, chocolate shop, confectionery, cookie factory, high-end caterer and delicatessen, La Palette des Saveurs has been turning heads for over a decade. At Cécile and Stéphane Dupuy's, you don't know where to look or what to choose, so excellent does everything look. The chef, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, worked for three years at Bernard Loiseau. In 2000, he also won his first star at Château de Codignat. With this address, he puts all his know-how to work, regularly proposing holiday menus and new dishes.

Laurence and Alexandre's grocery store is a real local spot, dedicated to organic and bulk produce right in the historic heart of Chamalières. They are committed to a genuine ecological and environmental approach, offering local products whenever possible. You'll find fresh produce, fruit, vegetables, savoury and sweet groceries. People with food allergies are also catered for. To support this approach, the grocery store is part of the Biomonde network, a cooperative group of independent organic stores.

Philippe Compte and his wife Alexia have turned the place into a cavern of Ali Baba and a temple to gourmands. Pastries, macaroons, chocolates and ice creams are all revisited to discover new flavors. The pastries and confections are to die for, and Philippe was voted one of France's 100 best chocolatiers. And here's a tip: he works around the clock, so you can order your pastries from him in the morning and enjoy them at home in the afternoon! At lunchtime, the tearoom serves a variety of salads and snacks.

With a passion for cooking, Nicolas Chevalier has launched his own business as a traveling caterer. He offers only homemade dishes. Fresh produce is cooked to perfection. Menus (pot au feu, truffade, turkey aiguillettes à la tomate...), charcuterie platters, cheese platters, buffets, sandwiches (for lunch)... The principle is simple: you place your order and pick it up at his place, or at one of the collection points. Every day, Nicolas sets up a meeting in a different town. Every Friday, for example, he meets in Murat-le-Quaire.

A beautiful shop to discover in the heart of Saint-Flour. Don't try to trap Thomas Viaud on a grape variety or a vintage, it's almost impossible because the man is so passionate. The Marché Provençal brings together different professionals for excellent products. In this vast store, you will find beautiful vegetables and fruits in season. For soups, your small dishes or even for your desserts, you should find what you are looking for. A nice cheese section is available and should satisfy the most demanding customers. A little further on, the stalls of charcuterie and butchery complete the market. The Marché Provençal can be found in the Marmiers shopping centre and in the rue des Carmes.

This butcher's shop in the upper town is well known to locals who enjoy their organic beef pieces or their good head pâté! What if you went on a hike, with a sandwich provided with home-made charcuterie? Dry sausages, garlic sausages, country pâtés, slices of white or country ham... the butcher's stall at the Lakeside butcher's shop honours you with a range of products, each one more appetizing than the next!

A wine merchant from generation to generation, Guy Marcon in turn passes on his know-how and secrets to his children. Very professional, they are not stingy with their knowledge - and they have a lot of it. The region's restaurateurs call on them to study their wine list as fervent defenders of the wines of the Languedoc and the Rhone Valley, associating typical and original wines with the various dishes of these establishments. Don't hesitate to go down to the tasting cellar, which is very convivial and houses some great wines.

Raphaël combines passion and know-how. He pays attention to detail to offer the best. You'll be delighted by the viennoiseries, croissants, pains au chocolat, praline brioches, excellent individual entremets, whether classic or with more surprising flavors, and family-size creations with seasonal fruit. The Boucherie Gauthier takes place in the well named street of the Butchery since 1994! The house is known and appreciated by the Clermontois. Expect sometimes a long queue. You will find fine fattened beef from Mézenc, poultry from Bresse, suckling lamb from the Pyrenees Axuria and salted meadows, pigs from Bigorre and the Basque Country and even more exotic meats such as Wagyu beef from Japan. The quality of the selected meats is recognized by the great tables of the country and the starred chefs of the capital. The house also offers butcher's preparations, artisanal charcuterie, prepared dishes and a selection of delicatessen products.

Founded in the ^mid-19th century, Distillerie Génestine will rise from the ashes in 2021 thanks to Sébastien Jolivet. Its flagship product is a reinterpretation of the liqueur Le Gaulois. Now an Italian-style vintage vermouth in the ^21st century, it is accompanied by a new range of spirits: a jet 31 with organic peppermint, a limoncello with the taste of lemon leaves, a pastis with gentian, not forgetting 1845 Elixir, made from 80 plants and spices. The bottles proudly bear the figure of Vercingétorix, as imagined by Auguste Bartholdi.

L'Eau vive is well known by natural products lovers. Large staircase, glass elevator, local products highlighted... it's a nice place to find everything organic for everyday life. The store offers a delicatessen corner, bulk products, fresh products, a wine cellar, seasonal fruits and vegetables, cleaning products, etc. The wellness area is well stocked: naturopathy, food supplements, cosmetics are available. The bread section is a treat with its natural leavening with a nutty taste. The establishment is also a depot for the baskets of Biau Jardin, an association of integration through organic market gardening. Since 2017, the adventure continues with a second store in Aubière.

Every Sunday, the people of Clermont-Ferrand meet at Place Gambetta - better known as Place des Salins - to bargain. The exhibitors, professionals and individuals, are there and the good deals are always present. You'll find a wide selection of wines from all regions of France and beyond, spirits and liqueurs from Auvergne and the Loire, Champagnes and more. Among the bottles, you'll also find delicatessen products such as spreads, bottles of olive oil and Haute-Loire sausages. On the last Fridays and Saturdays of the month, from 3pm to 7pm, the establishment offers a tasting session.
