The Lassalas house is a reference, with its salted meats installed in Nébouzat and its three stores. The establishment proposes many pâtés, hams, sausages and sausages, but also its famous blueberry pie. Their unavoidable puff pastry is declined in many recipes. Very good regional produce. Passed on advice Auvergne quality produce is on the reputation of the products from the Auvergne. The very reasonable prices for a cold cuts of this quality. The only drawback is a little disappointed by a rather limited choice.
With noted for lunch on site the desserts are excellent (tart blueberry at the time when past)
