This store specializes in artisanal cured meats made with pork from the Haute-Loire (except for the flavored sausages, made with French pork). The store is now 180 m² and offers a nice selection of products from the Allier and Auvergne: cold cuts (dry sausage from Auvergne IGP), local meat, cheeses (including the farm cheese with organic artisous from Mézenc), lentils... A selection of Auvergne and Ardèche wines, liqueurs, aperitifs and regional beers, as well as a range of artisanal syrups complete the offer

Open Monday from 8:30 am to 6 pm; Tuesday to Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. Low season: Sunday from 8am to 12pm. High season: Sunday from 8am to 12pm and from 3:30pm to 7pm.
