The Guillaume family has been maturing cheese for four generations. The story begins in 1924 with Marcel and his wife Léonie who decided to use four old wine cellars for maturing their cheeses. The house, modernized by their grandson Sébastien and recently by his daughters, now supplies some of the most renowned Parisian gourmets and cheese makers. Saint-nectaire, Pavin, their speciality with an orange rind, and other cheeses are made on the farm, before being matured in the natural cellars, the time to develop all their aromas.

Excellente fromagerie avec un accueil très sympathique. Je venais surtout chercher du Pavin et voir d'où vient ce fromage, mais le Saint-Nectaire aussi est excellent, affiné à point, un régal. Ces fromagers valent le détour.

Accueil pas terrible du tout, nous sommes venus 1h avant la fermeture, on a eu l impression de déranger, la vendeuse été très oppressante, dommage, l'année dernière nous sommes venus et l accueil été beaucoup mieux nous avions eu des explications sur les fromages et également le droit de goûter les fromages goûter, franchement ca ne donne pas envie de revenir, lz fromage était très bon c'est pour ça que nous sommes revenu, mais dans un commerce de proximité j attends un minimum d accueil sinon je vais en grande surface
