Located in Costaros, the Salaisons Méjean store is dedicated to lovers of quality regional products. Covering an area of 135 m², the store offers a wide and varied range of regional products. The store offers a variety of cured meats, including traditional dry sausages, jésus and rosettes. Classic, blue, hazelnut and chestnut dry sausages are also available. Boneless and bone-in cured hams, dried rolled breasts and coppas are the perfect complement to a charcuterie table. A special section is dedicated to charcuterie, the majority of which is produced on site. Specialties include assorted pâtés, andouillettes and galantines de volaille. In the canning sector, the store offers a wide selection of carefully prepared jars. At Boucherie Méjean, special care is taken to ensure quality, safety and service. The store offers local meat, carefully selected from breeders in the Haute-Loire and Ardèche regions. In addition to butchery, charcuterie and cured meats, the store offers local cheeses, grocery items and an assortment of Ardèche wines. The store also features products specific to the département, such as "La Vellavia" beer and Verveine du Velay. A must for discovering the flavors of the region.
