Jean and Jeremy run a store dedicated to 100% ethical products for the aperitif. Their commitment: to offer quality products, to favor organic, reasoned, local or at least French products. You can buy peanuts in bulk, spreads, chips from Aveyron, lemonades from Vercors... but also wines, beers and spirits. The two companions propose trays to compose with cheeses, delicatessen, dried fruits and chips, nicely presented in big spruce boxes made for them by a craftsman of the Jura.

In the Jardin aux Escargots, Isabelle and Christophe Chaumeil raise 350,000 Gros Gris in the open air. You will be able to discover the snail farm and understand the work of these two enthusiasts, both for the breeding of gastropods and for the cooking. In the shop, you will find many gourmet dishes made from the little horned creatures but also products and herbs from the garden. Looking for good wine and good advice? Head for Grand Passage Blatin! You'll find a wide selection of wines from all regions of France and beyond, spirits and liqueurs from Auvergne and the Loire, Champagnes and more. Among the bottles, you'll also find delicatessen products such as spreads, bottles of olive oil and Haute-Loire sausages. On the last Fridays and Saturdays of the month, from 3pm to 7pm, the establishment offers a tasting session.

The Marché Provençal brings together different professionals for excellent products. In this vast store, you will find beautiful vegetables and fruits in season. Hélène Le Loup offers you a wide range of cooked dishes, flavoured Salers beef pâtés and rillettes. But above all, don't miss the specialities that have made her a success: the minced beef rolls with Auvergne blue cheese or Cantal, the Salers beef stews with chestnuts or with raisins and orange peel, which won her a "bronze goudot" at the gastronomic competition of the "Européennes du goût" in Aurillac.
