Rich, the dishes are served by staff in good and efficient surroundings.

From walking back to the immense nature nearby or some ski slopes, this restaurant ideally located at the foot of the slopes (background and descent) is the perfect place to relax around a good dish. The large room has 70 seats and the terrace covered in season offers a country view. Bikers like to stop there before continuing to nearby Upper Doubs. Grillades at lunch, an express formula or a dish of the day for the most pressing, will be perfect for walking or skiing. In the evening, but also at noon, a gourmet menu with pepper pepper and chicken stack to yellow wine or a menu of the skier with a plate of smoked trout and a false net, or the Risoux gratinate, specialty of the restaurant, even a juror juran to the morilles and a stone cooking dish to the three meats. Simple dishes and affordable prices that make this place unpretentious as a pleasant step. Set in an old farmhouse farmhouse, this hostel is a true haven of peace, with an altitude of 1 100 m. The rooms for two, four or six people are clear and comfortable. The kitchen is naturally focused on the local area, including a beautiful wine list. Many leisure activities, such as cross-country skiing, hiking or snowshoes, sleigh rides, horse riding or mountain biking, are also available.

A large chain of Italian cuisine has set up in the Planoise district not far from Châteaufarine. We appreciate the heterogeneous and varied menu: pasta (in all its forms and with all possible sauces), pizzas, risottos (chicken or vegetable), carpaccios... The decoration is neat, the space is not lacking and the service is fast. Seeing the cooks behind the stoves loading pizzas is always a spectacle.

Between lakes and mountains, we eat well at the Forest Restaurant. There's no mistake about the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior decoration in solid, simple and tasteful furniture is up to the taste of the dishes. Carbohydrates are concerned about wastage, large and small portions. Homemade food is a perfect base for local local products. To be really happy, we can be tempted by the map that changes over the seasons: forest crust to morillae, fondue in the county with charcuterie plate, Jurassian burride, scoop filets to macvin, flip-comtan poultry. And finally, the hot cold of mirabelles with its vanilla ice cream is perfect. A wide selection of wines is offered at the table. The bar is really nice with its barrel tables, copper counter, high blond wooden stools and a welcoming terrace. A good address to remember.

All the italian know this: who says Trattoria, a small Italian restaurant simple and unpretentious but not without taste; and La Tratt does not depart from the rule! Located in the famous rue Claude-Pouillet, well known for the students and night-owls, the Tratt has quickly become the benchmark of these and all those who want to enjoy a pleasant setting to eat good Italian dishes at reasonable prices. A well-stocked map, with a wide selection of Italian pizzas and other basics such as pasta, various and varied, accompanied by traditional sauces (bologna, carbonara), or even downright surpprenantes, such as poultry livers. A map, therefore, to Italy's taste, but also some dishes less typical for a pizzeria, such as the steaks, or regional specialities. The plates are dildo and the dishes are mind prepared. It's all at an affordable price. As you will understand, La Tratt is one of the most important parts of the city centre!
