Restaurant located on the way to neighboring Switzerland offering regional specialties.

This restaurant, a former escort relay located on the road to neighbouring Switzerland, is a place apparently loaded with history and filled with anecdotes. Smugglers of all kinds liked to find themselves there. The map offers a wide selection of dishes with a few regional specialities such as fondue, tartiflette or trout, but the restaurant is known mainly for its homemade fatty liver and smoked salmon, or for its little Paris beef, served with hot fatty liver at savagnin and the canard duck conflict. So-called traditional drinks, such as the green fir, prepared with coniferous buds, will delight alcohol lovers. Note that the reception is really charming.

Si vous voulez manger d'autentiques plats Alsaciens et autres sans vous ruiner, je ne peux que vous recommandez cette petite auberge d'une trentaine de couverts ou le Chef Alex et sa compagne Audrey vous recevrons en toute simplicité.
Un immense parking clos saura recevoir vos belles motos ainsi que votre véhicule de collection le temps d'une pause déjeuner.
Nous avons été tout simplement été bluffé par son excellent feuilleté de foie gras et ses coupes de glace Alba.

Located on the edge of the RN 57, between Besançon and Pontarlier, restored offers quality traditional cuisine and regional specialities: fillet of beef in Savagnin, duck duck Macvin, trout with Yellow Wine. The setting is warm and nice welcome. The prices are very reasonable.
