LE COMPTOIR DU MIRABILIS
This restaurant, opened ten years ago, is run by the chef of the Mirabilis in Mirebel (Route de Champagnole). He's playing on two sides. During the week until Friday and upstairs, the hot/cold buffet is the lunch formula for smaller budgets or for the work break. More elaborate, the "slate dishes" on the ground floor are cooked in front of the customers. Both meat and fish are just fried to perfection. Let's also highlight risottos in unique dishes, salmon trout rillettes with pink berries, lamb mouse thyme juice / rosemary caponata eggplant.... The menu changes with the seasons. The dishes are coloured and embossed like the decoration of the establishment. Studded leather chairs, benches with pillows and padded partitions. Le Comptoir also provides catering with the same talent as in the dining room.
