Hotel-restaurant serving traditional dishes and products from regional farmers with a main course.
Le Pré Fillet is one of the finest restaurants in the Jura mountains. Its cuisine gives pride of place to regional farm produce, as in the Haut-Jura blue cheese salad, smoked beef tongue, crispy Mont d'Or tart and Mortuassian sausage. Main courses again feature traditional regional dishes: Bresse chicken with morels and vin jaune, and pike-perch fillet with crayfish tails.

Perdu au milieu d'un cadre magnifique
Situé au milieu de nulle part, le restaurant (sans terrasse) donne sur une très belle vue. Ris de veau au marc du Jura et poisson à la sauce ciboulette bien préparés. Le plateau de fromages propose uniquement des produits locaux bien choisis.
