The proof: for several years now, the Henrys have been preparing meals for the Nordic Combined World Cup in Chaux-Neuve.

Frédéric and Magalie Parriaux welcome you to their bar-restaurant with a simple ambition: to combine conviviality, simplicity and kindness. It's simple: here, it's like being at home... As you'll have gathered, La Remise is a place unlike any other, and it's a great place to sit down and enjoy a fondue, or simply a drink topped off with a Comtoise plate or a platter of local cheeses or charcuterie. The atmosphere is always top-notch, and the establishment has the great merit of closing late. In short, go there!

Arboisians are familiar with this pizzeria, formerly known as "Station Pizz'", which a few months ago became Royal Pizz', aptly named. Located in the Place Notre-Dame, you'll find tasty recipes. All the great classics are there, of course, but there are also new offerings every month. Like, for example, the pizza with cream, spinach shoots, camembert di buffala with tomato confit, homemade hazelnut pesto and slices of coppa. Inventive and tasty. We loved it. What's more, delivery is guaranteed.

On the banks of the Loue, Le Parcey hotel restaurant nestles in an old building dating from 1890. In a setting as simple as it is authentic and full of charm, you'll find a hotel with seven comfortable, fully-equipped rooms. There's also a restaurant, with a menu based on fresh, local produce. The menu changes with the seasons. As for the wine list, it places the Jura crus at the top of the bill, although wines from other great French vineyards are obviously present too. A fine address.

In Poligny's Grande Rue, La Cabiotte à Pizzas offers you the chance to pick up tasty home-made pizzas. Obviously, from the Margherita to the 4-cheese and the 4-season, all the great classics are here, but not only... There's plenty of creativity too, like the Calzone Jurassienne made with cream, chicken, mushrooms, comté cheese, mozzarella and an excellent yellow wine sauce flavored with morels. We love it! As for the welcome, it's perfect. As is the value for money!
