This restaurant located on the roadside, 20 km from Lons-le-Saunier and 15 minutes from Champagnole, has the chic décor of a gastronomic restaurant. Clean lines and warm colours: the place is out of the ordinary without falling into eccentricity. In the plates, same combination of good tastes. Lucie and Olivier Perrard have initiated a young and dynamic team, smiling, to welcome gourmets. The chef tints his dishes with bold notes: as an example, the hazelnut, pistachio and sorrel veal terrine with crispy vegetables, salmon back in a risotto ham crust with butternut and the supreme glazed with pear and chocolate tonka bean as an apotheosis. Even the simple lunch menu is signed by the chef and his staff. A smart address to frequent!

Very good restaurant with a warm gastronomic cuisine and fine. The service is very pleasant, the dishes come to good port without too much from waiting. Very good value for money. I recommend it to you!
