A Michelin star has once again been awarded to this restaurant run by Romuald Fassenet, a credit to the Jura region. This wonderful adventure has been going on since 2006, proving that magnifying regional products from Burgundy-Franche-Comté, but also from elsewhere, is highly deserving of this award! He continues to share his passion for French gastronomy, both with young people destined for the noble path of the restaurant trade, and with a wider public. At Mont Joly, there's plenty of room for a second star.
