In the Loue Valley, on Courbet's road, the village of Vuillafans deserves a detour and a walk. For trout fishermen, the river offers sublime landscapes, full fish its bed… Also for them, but also for others, a stop at the Fisher's Relay is unavoidable. The kitchen is traditional and good, as is atmosphere and mood! The dish of the day varies according to the season's seasons and recipes, but trout, (necessarily) is a must!

"Trop bien"
J'ai déjeuné dans ce restaurant durant cinq ans. Chaque jour Sylvie, la patronne-cuisinière nous préparait es plats délicieux au gré de ses envies tandis que le patron avec son sourire et son rire nous divertissait ! Ne ratez pas ce restaurant !
