Hotel-restaurant in Saint-Amour offering excellent meals, good regional cuisine and a succinct but subtle menu.
Le Saint-Augustin boasts an intimate 16-cover dining room and a pleasant terrace. A genuine cocoon, refined and warm, where you can enjoy the inventive cuisine of chef Raphaël Eberlin. With 30 years' experience behind him, he takes his inspiration from the seasons and works with mainly local produce. On the day of our visit, we enjoyed a starter of crème brûlée with comté cheese, Bresse pepper and duck breast, followed by a pork chop with honey sauce. Delicious! The establishment is also a 3* hotel.
