The Pordoi Pass, located at 2,230 metres, separates the Val d'Ega on the Trentino-Alto Adige side, whose first town arriving from this side is Canazei, from the village of Arabba, on the side of the province of Belluno in the Veneto Dolomites. Both a road and a ski relay between the two areas, this pass is always lively during the day as it has a few hotels and restaurants that inevitably offer a sublime view of the surrounding valleys. The Tour cycliste d'Italie regularly integrates this route with the passes of the neighbouring Sella Massif, as the winding road is epic.
