Set in a mountain setting, this resort and winter sports center (1,236 m) is nestled in Val Gardena, where folk customs and traditions are still very much alive. Woodworking has been handed down here since the 17th century, symbolizing the region's artistic vocation, celebrated at the Val Gardena Museum. The center is criss-crossed by the long Via Rezia, lined with hotels and stores.Gardenese folklore.
