Reichstett is surrounded by a green belt and bordered by a very pleasant lake which is open for swimming during the summer. The site is very popular with walkers from the Strasbourg area, who are looking for a spot of nature close to the city. The Fort Rapp, registered on the complementary list of historical monuments, is an advanced work of the belt of the Strasbourg forts, built in 1872. Property of the Commune, it is restored thanks to voluntary associations and the support of local authorities. Visits are organized regularly. Finally, good restaurants propose you local specialities.
