It is an unjustly unknown city that is Soisy-sous-Montmorency. The city, with close to 18 000 inhabitants, borders on Lake Enghien and Montmorency forest. Its heritage, diverse, religious buildings, (the stalls of Saint-Germain dating from the th century are classified), a orangerie, two parks (Val shady and René Bailly) that deserve a stop if you pass through here. As far as the story is concerned, the famous Hippodrome hippodrome is nearby, and for the reason: most of it is located in the town of Soisy! Despite a change of name in the late 1990 s to become the Hippodrome-Soisy racecourse, there is nothing to do: decades of name are not disappearing so easily!
