Menucourt, a rural village, experienced a notable expansion with the advent of Cergy-Pontoise, its population increasing in a few years from a few hundred to more than 5,000 inhabitants - mainly in suburban areas. Backed by the Hautil massif, the town is surrounded on its southern, eastern and northern sides by forest areas. Having kept a friendly character, the small town has a nice heritage, starting with its Saint-Léger church, dating from 1899. It also has a beautiful castle, surrounded by a park that is just as beautiful. And then you will stroll here in pretty small old lanes which do not miss of stamp.
