Boisemont is a village of 780 inhabitants, located both on the hillside and on the Hautil plateau, on the edge of the forest of the same name. Classified as an architectural, urban and landscape heritage protection zone, Boisemont joined the Cergy-Pontoise agglomeration community in 2004, while retaining its friendly village character and peaceful quality of life. The Château de Boisemont and its splendid wooded grounds provide the ideal backdrop for numerous private and community events. It is not open to the public. Just 5 kilometers from Cergy, Boisemont is well worth a visit, and then some.
