Beautiful brick architecture, bay windows and an arbour terrace for this Maison Guillet store, run by Lou and César Guillet (^3rd generation). Committed to the bakery tradition, La Fabrique offers long opening hours, top-of-the-range pastries, fresh viennoiseries and a savoury range of quality snacks. The bread is often organic, always made with natural sourdough and local flours, and the result of slow kneading and long fermentation. And the 3 bars of chocolate in the pain au chocolat are the hallmark of this gourmet house!

The cheese dairy on avenue Victor Hugo has changed hands and name. It's now called La Chazère, in reference to the name given on farms to a cage or screened area where cheeses are dried. Chrystelle Coutif and Xavier Louison offer around a hundred mature cheeses and quality grocery products... A wide range of goat's milk cheeses (farmhouse), from the Drôme and Ardèche regions, and raw milk cheeses. Short-run products include jams from the Drôme, honeys and beers from Chabeuil, chestnut cream from Aubenas, yogurts from Léoncel, artisan crackers from Gras, spreads from Montmeyran...

A renowned patissier-chocolatier-glacier and a gourmet address well worth a visit. In 2021, Franck Broyer gave way to one of his employees, who has successfully taken over the business, respecting the original quality. The store window is a real eye-opener. Vercors water quality inspires brewers. Located at the foot of the Col de la Machine, La Machine craft and cooperative brewery creates organic hopped beers. The founders are Sylvain Billet, with 10 years' experience in the beer business, and Rami Dahdah, a former employee of an organic farmers' store and founder of the Bieristan beer bar. Their beers are light, dry, low in sugar and tippable, according to the Canadian formula! On the shelves, beers that echo the terroir, and always something new.

An original store and concept. As the name suggests, you'll find shirts on the clothing side and chocolates on the gourmet side. The shirts and accessories are made by invited artisans. The chocolates are made and created by Adrien. All are organic, 3D-customizable and delicious. There are candied cherry chocolates, blackcurrant pralines, truffles and beggars, and many other chocolate delights. A collection of pure butter sweet cookies and pure olive oil savory crackers with seeds, 100% organic and handcrafted, using mostly local ingredients: that's the commitment of this young gourmet brand that set up shop in Grane, in the Crestois region. Since then, we've been enjoying the crunchy little squares as aperitifs, with pumpkin or black cumin seeds, chocolate and sunflower seeds, lemon and poppy, lavender and many other flavors. Shortbread can be eaten in one bite, and so can crackers!

The head office and the workshop are located at the doors of the Vercors in Beaufort. The store in Crest allows you to fill up on chocolate delights if you don't take the time to go to the source to discover the chocolates made from organic cocoa from the Gulf of Guinea without palm oil or gluten: dark chocolate bars, with ginger, with candied oranges, dried fruit beggars, chocolates with alcohol, assorted boxes, Malakoff with hazelnut praline, spreads... Maison Boutarin is a family-run farm located in Crest. They specialize in the production of IGP white garlic from the Drôme and black garlic, an exceptional product born of ancestral Japanese know-how. These passionate farmers carefully transform the earth's produce into genuine delicacies. Their IGP white garlic and black garlic, the fruit of long years of research, bear witness to a sincere attachment to their roots and a perfect mastery of fermentation. Each product bears the hallmark of meticulous craftsmanship and respect for traditional Drôme techniques.

From field to mug! Run by farmer-brewers who work with their own barley and hops, this artisanal and organic brewery, aka 3B3, was founded in 2015. Its beers come in blond, amber, russet, nettle, porter and, for seasonals, triple blonde, Impérial Stout, season (spring), white. A beer brandy and lemonade are also available. A 100% local range that can be tasted on site at the 3B3 pub on weekends.

Located in Marches, Ô Délices de la Bergère is a grocery store specializing in the sale of saffron pistils. In addition to offering this rare product, the establishment also offers recipe ideas and an online store. The owners are saffron growers from the Drôme des Collines region, and are passionate about this spice.

The Carpe et Capucine farm was born of the desire of 5 friends to make a living from aquaponics, a production method combining fish farming and market gardening in a closed water circuit. In 2022, they inaugurated a 5,500^m2 aquaponics greenhouse on a 2 ha plot of land in Loriol. The farm produces fruit, vegetables and herbs, and raises trout in a way that respects animal welfare. As part of an overall sustainable approach, windbreaks and diversified hedges have been planted to increase biodiversity on the plot. Visits by prior arrangement.

Farmer-producer-processor-seller Damien Froment grows Melanosporum truffles. In winter, you can order fresh truffles from him by telephone. You can discover his Ferme de Pourcier and truffle plantations. You can even watch a cavage demonstration, taste his truffle oils and buy canned or frozen truffles direct from him. In the context of climate change, Damien Froment has planted olive trees of the tanche variety, the one used for Nyons oil. His oil is on sale every Saturday in summer at the entrance to Jaillance (Die).

The farm was founded in 2013, in Eurre. A visibly happy farm with a happy family, happy goats and pigs! The Eurreuse farm, set on a hilltop in the middle of the forest, produces organic stamped goat's milk cheeses, faisselles and yoghurts, as well as organic stamped pork and charcuterie. You can order by phone or on the website, and then climb up to discover this little corner of paradise. Every year, on the road from farm to farm.

Located on the Côtes-du-Rhône road in Tulette, a predominantly wine-growing commune in the Drôme region, this farm is currently run by Justin Roussin and boasts a range of top-quality wines. As proof of this, his Noyer de la Dame farm was awarded a trophy for "Agriculture Engagée" by the Drôme department. At the age of 26, Justin Roussin, who runs the family farm alongside his father Michel, is at the head of a diversified operation involving viticulture, market gardening and perfume and aromatic plants.

The house has its loyal followers from generation to generation. A domain proud of its roots, since 1929. After René and then Jean-Claude Vincent, it is Jérôme, who carries the good word of the clairette. In 2016, the estate obtained a "High Environmental Value" certification. On 10 ha, the vineyards, at an altitude of about 300 m, benefit from very stony clay-limestone soils that provide fruity and floral wines. The estate organizes various events, including open days, which attract many wine lovers. There is a gîte on site.

Florian Charrasse took over the family business 7 years ago. In addition to apricot, cherry and vine trees, he looks after the thousand trees planted by his grandfather after the frost of 1956. Half of these trees have a single trunk (a detour to his olive grove is well worthwhile). His olives are pressed at the Moulin Chauvet, an old-fashioned mill, to produce Nyons PDO oil. The rest is reserved for PDO Nyons table olives and tapenade. These products are available directly from the farm.

This friendly chain works with local producers. More than 90% of the produce on offer comes from the region, and more than 75% from Ardèche and Drôme, creating a mosaic of spaces. There's everything from early fruit and vegetables (Végét'Halle) to butchers, fishmongers (Littor'halle), farmhouse creameries (Artisan'Halle), Glaci'Halle and Internation'Halle (sushi...), and tastings in the Convivi'Halle area. Best bakery in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes 2023 region, this Tartine benefits from the expertise of the Ougier couple and their team. It's a multi-faceted establishment, at once a bakery, a pastry shop, a chocolate shop, an ice cream parlour and a tearoom. The viennoiseries, varied sandwiches and fine range of breads are much appreciated. Successes include the AbonValence, which combines croissant dough, diced pear, walnut crumble and cream cheese. Stéphanie and Loïc welcome you in this very... nice village grocery store and go to a lot of trouble to animate it and to propose numerous products and always of quality. The inhabitants greatly appreciate their investment. An unlikely address. A wine shop in this charming village of just 700 inhabitants, which already boasts an original address with its Mineral Fountain, seems unusual. Violaine and Pierre Trollat have been farming the olive trees on the family land for eleven generations since 1978. That is 4 hectares and nearly a thousand trees. The Trollats have also expanded their plantation by adding nearly 950 young olive trees. With the fruits, harvested in December and January, are made table olives AOP Nyons (put in brine with Guerande salt), oil also AOP Nyons and tapenade. Don't hesitate to come and visit us!

The syndicat de l'olive de Nyons promotes olive oil and black olives from Nyons and the surrounding area, which has been stamped with an AOC (tanche variety) since 1994. Ferme des Marais, located in Charpey, in a bucolic setting at the foot of the Vercors, between Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, is a real gem. This family-run farm produces delicious, handcrafted, semi-complete dry pasta from wheat grown on site. Four varieties are available, as well as top-quality flour and sunflower oil. Located in Beauvoisin, in the heart of the Parc naturel régional des Baronnies provençales, Ferme des Grétières is an organic olive and apricot farm. You'll find Nyons PDO olive oil, crunchy table olives and Ecrasée d'olive, a specialty made from olive paste. The farm also offers delicious apricot nectar and homemade jams. It also offers pasta and cereals made from IGP Haute-Provence small spelt, ideal for a healthy, gourmet diet. If you want to buy local and support farmers, this farm is the ideal choice.

A former sommelier in top restaurants, best wine merchant in France (2018) and now Master Wine Merchant, Cyril offers an impeccable selection and collection of wines from here and elsewhere representing more than thirty countries, i.e. more than 750 wines and champagnes, including a range of organic and natural wines.
