An artisanal, farmhouse, organic address and 100% walnuts rich in goodness. Founded in 1991, Cave Noisel was taken over in 2017 by the "Handi Capables" team from LMDES, an adapted company. Walnut wine, walnut jam, walnut cream, walnut-filled pies, sublime green walnut chutney adopted by the region's chefs... not forgetting the flagship product, virgin walnut oil. A real treat for the taste buds. A stopover with a tasting session and a visit to the stone mill is also possible. On the website, you'll find a selection of delicious recipes.
