Founded in 1902, Vercornoix produces over 80 tons of walnuts a year. Just outside Saint-Jean-en-Royans, in the direction of Saint-Laurent-en-Royans, Vercornoix opens its pretty wooden store. Here you'll find walnuts and a whole range of by-products, as well as handcrafted Vercors products. Most of the production is carried out on site. Walnut oil, walnut aperitif, vinegar, jam, mustard, sweets... A tasting bar on site will help you make your choice. Gift idea: the "cooking box" or the "snack box".

At the source of ravioles! Pastronomique... It's all about the art of French pasta, and it's one of the 4 direct-sales boutiques of the Saint-Jean brand, the others being in Romans, Grenoble and Lyon. On the production site of this pasta-maker since 1935, you'll find ravioles in all their variations, and you can watch them being made behind a glass window overlooking the workshop, every weekday morning. In addition to traditional Royans ravioli, you'll find a whole range of pasta dishes, quenelles, fresh sauces..

An artisanal, farmhouse, organic and 100% walnut address. Founded in 1991, Cave Noisel was taken over in 2017 by the "Handi Capables" team from LMDES, an adapted company based in Saint-Jean-en-Royans. Walnut wine, walnut jam, walnut cream, walnut-filled pies, sublime green walnut chutney adopted by the region's chefs... not forgetting the flagship product, virgin walnut oil. The Noisel family's legacy of artisanal production is sure to delight your taste buds. You can also stop off for a tasting session and visit the stone mill.

This young distillery, housed in a former ^18th-century silkworm nursery, invites you behind the scenes of its organic whisky. The base ingredients are barley grown in the surrounding countryside and pure Vercors spring water. Then brewing, fermentation, double distillation and maturation in the cellars. This excellent house distills at a very gentle temperature thanks to a new-generation still. Enthusiasts appreciate the quality of this local whisky.

In the heart of the Royans-Vercors, Claude, Elisabeth and their three children share their passion for their profession through three activities on this farm: farming, cheese-making and lodging. Among the pioneers of agrotourism, the Caillats farm has been welcoming guests since... 1958.
