Sisters Sabine and Marie-Lise Matras have been running this 30-hectare farm dedicated to growing Grenoble PDO walnuts since 2007. This integrated farm has been in the family since 1822. Nut-growing know-how has been handed down from generation to generation. Today, walnuts can be used in a multitude of ways, flavoring salt, mustard and vinegar... You'll find dried, roasted and sweetened walnuts, walnut oil, as well as potatoes and essential oils... La Griffe is also distributed by local grocery stores.
