You can buy organic breads and have breakfast, tea, coffee or chocolate, mainly with the organic label, because that's Sophie's choice, organic. Wheat, rye or spelt bread, with sunflower, poppy or sesame seeds... The flour is local, the seeds come from the nearby Carline, the bread oven is behind the counter. On the shelves, pizzas, goat's cheese croissants, not forgetting the organic biscuits made in Vercheny. Brunch on Saturdays.

Fabienne and Edmond Tardieu welcome you to their farm where they raise sheep and goats in an environmentally friendly manner for organic, sustainable and viable agriculture. To raise awareness of food and environmental issues, the couple decided to open their farm to everyone and devised fun and educational activities. Meetings with goats, sheep, poultry, pigs and rabbits. For direct sale: organic lamb terrines and rillettes, organic lamb meat. The plus : a gîte on site.

This artisanal zone offers easy access and parking, for this direct sales store grouping together almost 40 organic farm producers based within a radius of a maximum of 100 km around Loriol. The founder is Joël Fauriel, arborist, market gardener and cereal grower on a 12-hectare estate. On the shelves: fruit, fresh and dried vegetables, meats, breads, honeys, aromatic and medicinal plants, cow, goat and sheep's cheeses, chestnut specialities, pastries, wines, jams, black garlic... A real local market!

Since 1989, this organic and local bakery-café-resto has been bringing the village center to life. You can find organic leavened breads, made with local flours, handmade, cooked in an oven heated with wood. Jaco'pain's bread is available in cereals, wholemeal, semi-complete, rye, spelt, hiker's bread... We also offer pastries, pognes, blue bread, walnut pie, etc. Small restaurant on the spot with salads, savoury pies, boards and local breads. Also a tea room. Very warm and welcoming.

Brasserie du Slalom produces 100% organic, artisanal mountain beer. Located at the foot of the Hauts-Plateaux du Vercors, at an altitude of 900 m, the premises are all wood, well insulated, integrated into the landscape and very bright. At the helm and at the counter are Martin and Valentin, both in their thirties. You'll find Slalom's beer in shops and guinguettes, but discovering it at the source is not without its charms. On the menu: blondes, ambers, but also IPA, beer with four hops, Belgian abbey beer with Vercors sauce, ephemeral beers. 100% local!

A gourmet and organic address. Syrup and jelly of thyme, lavender or sage ? Or fennel, lime, nettle, lemon balm, elderflower, bergamot mint, rose, savory, chestnut flower. A collection based on aromatic and medicinal plants harvested in nature or on the farm. Dare to use sage syrup to glaze a roast pork, fennel syrup in tomato coulis, rose syrup in peach salad... Also a lamb farm for meat, also organic. On the spot a caravan, a lodging and three rooms of hosts.

On this farm, animals are raised in the open air and fed organically. You can visit and see the sheep, pigs and cows, the cheese dairy, the cowshed, the pigsty, the sheepfold, and stock up on farm produce in the boutique. Léo Girard's small business is passionate about organic farming, animal welfare and healthy products, and it's easy to see why. His success - in 10 years, the small business has provided work for 5 people, and the adapted buildings he has gradually erected - and his consistency are a pleasure to behold!

One of our favourites. An organic estate where the stony soil of Tulette has been worked since the 1920s. Daniel Couston and his sister Marie-Françoise Abbès Couston now run the 80 hectares of vineyards created by their grandfather. On this terroir, which alternates vineyards and olive groves, they produce organic and vegan wines in all three colours. Beautiful Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages wines with frank aromas of ripe fruit and a silky palate. The wines can be tasted in the cellar in the centre of the village.

It is the cooperative of organic products of the Diois. A long time ago! You can find fruits and vegetables, cheeses (mainly goat's cheese, but also ewe's and cow's cheese), meats, eggs and poultry from Diois producers. La Carline - named after a pretty alpine flower - also has an organic bread section, a bulk section, oils, wines and local drinks, medicinal and aromatic plants, natural cosmetics... almost everything from the Diois, except of course for tofu, seaweed, vanilla... Group orders of lemons and oranges from Sicily, in season.

Six generations have succeeded one another at the helm of the estate, which has just been taken over by Thomas Achard. This 11-hectare estate is the pioneer of organic Clairette de Die. Its commitment to organic and biodynamic farming dates back to 1971! A jubilee... and a truly historic estate for organic viticulture in France. The grandfather started with the Lemaire-Bouchet method. His son, Jean-Pierre, continued with Nature et Progrès organic wine specifications from 1982 to 2009. The next generation, with Thomas, embarked on Demeter certification in 2008. The estate is located in Sainte-Croix, overlooking the Drôme, just at the entrance to the beautiful Quint valley. People come from as far as Grenoble and Lyon to buy Achard-Vincent clairette, which has a loyal following. We love its pronounced muscat taste and lightness. Also very pleasant crémants. And an opportunity to discover a beautiful region.

"Global thinking, local action" is the slogan of this farm, which has been committed to organic farming since 1979. Its orchards stretch all around this certified organic farm, where fruit is harvested, pressed and bottled. The result is a fine collection of 100% pure fruit juices and nectars, made from apples, pears, quinces, peaches, apricots, cherries, redcurrants, raspberries and more. Our favorite is Étonnant d'abricot, a delicate blend of apricot nectar and apple juice. Apple and pear purées are also delicious.

Drôme fans of craft beers know this mule well! A range of small and large bottles can be found in organic stores and some local supermarkets. La Vieille Mule is produced in Le Poët-Laval by Cynthia and Rémi using spring water and organic ingredients - local barley malt, home-grown hops and yeast - that make all the difference. We prefer the Mule tombée du ciel, a fruity blonde, and the Vieille Mule, an aromatic amber. In the brewery's courtyard, in summer, a number of festivities take place.

Since 1953, this brand has been offering organic products and creating artisanal infusions. Today, no one is unaware of the benefits of plants, and Le Dauphin offers a wide range of herbal teas in sachets and loose. On the menu: detox, digestion, harmony, zenitude, lightness, tonic... Blends, but also star plants that stand on their own, such as thyme from Provence, verbena from Drôme provençale, linden from the Baronnies... No on-site visits to the factory, but products are sold in many regional boutiques.

This young distillery, housed in a former ^18th-century silkworm nursery, invites you behind the scenes of its organic whisky. The base ingredients are barley grown in the surrounding countryside and pure Vercors spring water. Then brewing, fermentation, double distillation and maturation in the cellars. This excellent house distills at a very gentle temperature thanks to a new-generation still. Enthusiasts appreciate the quality of this local whisky.

Fabien Louis runs this space for aesthetes, offering a complete address: wine shop, wine bar, boutique and events in the vineyards... For example, you can take a ride through the vineyards in a vintage VW combi, with a tasting of three wines and a selection of cheeses and charcuterie. Another option: an aperitif dinner in the vineyards on the little vineyard train. And you'll learn all about traditional hillside viticulture, terroirs, grape varieties and more.

New frontage with a superb mural of fruit and vegetables for this small organic grocery store. On the sidewalk, a display of fruit and vegetables in crates. An invitation to discover the edible wild plants of the Vercors. Bright coltsfoot, shy oxalis, stinging nettle, wild spinach, fragrant woodruff...: so many unsuspected - and forgotten - treasures found along the paths and transformed into pestos, salts, powders, jellies, syrups, infusions and other gustatory and culinary surprises. Le Souillet is an old farm isolated in the middle of 40 hectares of woods and meadows, land that has been farmed organically for 30 years. In spring, discovery walks to identify edible wild plants.

An institution. Founded in 1996, this organic bakery has left its home village of Beaufort-sur-Gervanne and moved a few kilometers down the valley to Aouste-sur-Sye, but has kept its name and recipes. His breads have their followers, baguettes or molded, wholemeal or white, with seeds, spelt, corn, turmeric... A real farandole! In addition, viennoiseries, large brioches, sandwiches and even salads are available to eat on the premises, indoors or on the terrace along the small stream. Breakfast and lunch menus available.

For over 45 years, Domaine La Rosière has been perpetuating a tradition of terroir-driven wines, using local grape varieties from the Baronnies hillsides. The reds feature Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. White wines feature Viognier and Chardonnay. Wines with poetic names: Confidence, Héritage, Chardonette and La Vertue. Part of the estate's production is also organic, under the Bio'ronnies label for red, rosé and white wines. A particular favorite is the sparkling Chardonnay rosé.
