If you like fine chocolates and pralines, this is the place for you! If the chocolates are excellent, it's above all for the Praluline®, a buttery brioche topped with a dollop of pralines, in front of which there's a long queue. This gastronomic brand, originally from the Roanne region, had the good taste to set up shop in the capital of the Drôme, where it has had no trouble winning over fans. Auguste Pralus is credited with the invention of Praluline®, the House's ambassador since 1955, famous both in France and abroad.
