The Crest area loves (good) organic chocolate, with several manufacturers committed to excellence. Façon Chocolat, a chocolaterie in the center of Crest, founded in 2003, makes organic, fair-trade, vegan, gluten-free, lecithin-free and lactose-free chocolates for sale online. It offers a unique range of original recipes for chocolates that are both rustic and inventive. Grands crus of cocoa are juggled with praline, almond paste, citrus pastes, red fruit pastes, seeded raspberries and redcurrants, ginger and bitter orange. The workshop is open to the public.
