An elegant front on the Grande Rue for this bakery with an unusual name. Ripopée? It's a very old word evoking the idea of mixing... Because for Frank and Laurence, the owners, bread is above all a mixture of flour, leaven and love of things well done. These neo-rurals have succeeded in their reconversion and their bakery has found its clientele with a good quality of breads in a varied range with irreproachable ingredients and most often from the region, such as flour from Trièves. There are also good pastries!
