Henriette and Marius Raspail, managers of the village café Le National, began the family wine adventure in 1942. With their son Flavien, they developed a small production of clairette. In 1965, Jean-Claude and Françoise took over the business, made it prosper and built a cellar on the road to Die in 1985. Organic conversion in 1997 with the arrival of Frédéric.
