Created in 1928, this aperitif based on cinchona, spices and herbs has been part of every meal and festive evening. Today, almost a century after its creation, Aurélien Carrelas, a native of Audois who loves his land, has developed the product in three versions. You can enjoy them on the premises as cocktails or just chilled, accompanied by boards to share. Local beers and wines add variety to the experience. DJ night on Thursdays in July and August. The Foussat family has been established on the Malepère massif for two centuries. In 2009, the^5th generation rolled up their sleeves to extract the very best from their grapes. The 43-hectare estate, which includes Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Grenache, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, has returned to its roots. Promising vintages and light, mouth-watering wines: côtes-de-prouilhe (whites and rosés), AOP malepère (rosés and reds), pays d'oc (reds) and malbec.

L'Ecailler Gourmet is a French restaurant. It features a convivial counter and oyster bar, as well as fish à la plancha, seafood platters and homemade tapas. Since 1875, blanquette has been produced by hand in a family-run business, with bottling on site and manual riddling of 30,000 bottles daily. During the 45-minute "Bulles et Lumière" tour, you'll discover the cellars and all the stages involved in making this sparkling wine. The tour is completed by a 3D video, and your visit ends appropriately with a tasting.

Le Caviste Gourmand (by CDD) offers a temple to Occitan viticulture and quality local products. Here you'll find over 600 references in wines, whiskies, rums, champagnes, local craft beers... After having created a pastry shop of great reputation in Paris, Armand and Nina went down to the region where the latter lived. It is through a magnificent patio that one reaches "gourmandises", a 100% artisanal pastry shop and its tempting windows. Armand, the Chef, accompanied by a pastry chef and a lathe maker, create beautiful and tasty cakes and high quality pastries made from French products, PDO butter and local seasonal fruits. The hillside wine growers of Alaric came together to create this sales point where you can savour fine wines from local producers at very reasonable prices. We appreciate the reception quality, and also the possibility of tasting local products on sale in the shop, be they sweet or savoury: duck rillettes, foie gras, meals, olive oil, Marseillette pond rice but also local delicacies like badenques or craquets.

In 2010 Nicolas and Amandine decided to give another dimension to the family estate by making their own wines in an organic way. Passionate and respectful of the land and the vines, the grapes are harvested by hand and then vinified in vats to give a nice range of sparkling and still wines in AOP Crémant and Blanquette de Limoux and AOP Limoux white. Drop by the estate to taste these wines of great finesse in the superb cellar built at the end of 2020. A beautiful meeting guaranteed with passionate wine growers.

L'Antre de l'Echoppe is both a factory and a beer tavern, located just a stone's throw from its big sister, the Echoppe Médiévale. Located next to the Place des Quatre-Fontaines, in Narbonne's pedestrianised city centre, the address has an amazing setting. Once you've passed the door, the steps will lead you into an atypical basement room with vaulted ceilings, exposed stones, vats, board games and an impressive quantity of beer! On the spot, a dozen draughts are proposed, as well as mead wines, juices and organic sodas.

According to Pierre Richard, "a good wine is first and foremost a good grape" and it is at the Domaine de l'Evêque that the actor found his happiness in 1986. In love with this authentic site, he made it his home and his wine estate. We can mention the Château Bel Evêque Red, aged in oak barrels, full-bodied, generous, with aromas of ripe fruit. Our favorite is his "Cuvée personnelle", a 100% Syrah single variety. These wines are a delicious accompaniment to festive meals and relaxing aperitifs.

This beautiful 24 m green-and-yellow Dutchman, moored a stone's throw from the famous stone bridge, has been part of the bucolic landscape of Le Somail since 1927. From April to October, from 8am onwards, you can buy bread, pastries, wine, groceries and regional specialities selected by the owner, such as honey and cheeses. Boaters calling at the port appreciate its picturesque appearance and gourmet shop window. For breakfast, you can sit back and relax in the colorful chairs on the riverbank.

Very good traditional or more original breads are also sold here, as well as very good pure butter pastries and a wide range of beautiful pastries of all sizes, which appealed to our sweet tooth.
