The Castillons have been in the shellfish and fish business for three generations! In this oyster farmhouse in Leucate, you will of course find the house oysters but also shellfish bought directly from the shellfish fishermen (tellin, clams, sea snails...). For the fish, they are of the day and fished by Franck, a professional fisherman. L’Aquarium es de esos sitios sin pretensiones pero con producto de verdad. Está en el sur de Francia, en una zona costera donde las ostras son toda una tradición y forman parte del alma local. Muy cerca tienes playas tranquilas y preciosas, perfectas para pasear antes o después de comer, y ese ambiente relajado de pueblo marinero donde todo se disfruta el doble.
