ARMAGNAC CASTARÈDE
Read moreCastarède's know-how is based on a long tradition, which dates back to 1832 in Lavardac. If the company, now in the hands of Florence Castarède, representative of the 6th generation, has a window on boulevard Haussmann in Paris, its family, cultural and gastronomic heritage is in Mauléon-d'Armagnac, at the Château de Maniban. There, on the edge of the Landes forest, on land where the winds deposit marine sands, the Castarède house cultivates sixteen hectares divided into four grape varieties: piquepoult or crazy white, ugni blanc, colombard and baco.
