The Lasnier house dates back to 1936 and remains a family business. Murielle and Thierry generally choose cheeses with little refining, whether they are cow, goat, goat or sheep. Nous nous faisions une joie de découvrir un fromager aux avis très positifs sur google qui vante l'accueil, la variété et la qualité des fromages .
En fait, quatre personnes peu aimables dont une surtout qui tenait à nous vendre son comté alors que nous avions exposé nos souhaits. Elle nous a ensuite proposé sans aucune explication ni sourire deux variétés de fromages que nous avons achetés malgré le coût excessif.
L'un n'est pas fait, pas de caractère, plâtreux et l'autre trop fait , aigre .
Quand on ne sait pas écouter un client qui demande conseil, qu'on n'est pas aimable avec celui-ci et qu'on vend de la marchandise trop chère et de piètre qualité , on ne revoit pas le client .
